Burgh W.I. members attended the Marshwold Group Autumn Council Meeting at The Franklin Hall. Spilsby on Friday 13 th October. Guest speaker. Richard Tagg from Claxby St Andrew explained the art of cheeses making. He has been making cheese for F.W Read & Sons for 13 years who produce the famous award winning Lincolnshire Poacher cheese. Following Richards fascinating talk W.I. members and guests enjoyed a cheese and wine supper, sampling the delicious Lincolnshire Poacher cheeses.
