The June Burgh W.I. meeting featured a double bill of entertainment commencing with a selection of short stories related by “ Keef” and his wife “Jano”, namely Keith and Janet Butters.

They tell their stories to all age groups and attend workshops and festivals all over the country. Live storytelling although an ancient art form today seems a new genre of entertainment when everyone is so conditioned to fiction via television.

Keith Butters is also the Burgh le Marsh webmaster and brought his laptop computer to show members the W.I. WebPages

After refreshments Diane Garwood displayed and explained various forms of bead work and members enjoyed assembling beaded key rings and earrings.
