Council
Surgeries are held on the Tuesday before the last Friday
of every month at Burgh Library from 10.00 a.m until
1.00p.m. providing an opportunity for residents to meet
councillors and express any concerns /issues which will
be put before the town council meeting on the Friday
of that week.
This
also serves as an extra library day for borrowing and
returning books which are logged as "in" or
"out" on a manual list and the computer facility
is also available.

Cllr. Neil Cooper
Has
been Mayor of Burgh three times and
is Chairman of Lincolnshire County Councilor . He
is Chairman of the Highways Policy Development Group,
Chairman of the Lincolnshire Rural Transport Partnership,
serves on the Planning and Regulation Committee, the
Policy and Performance Committee, the Scrutiny
Management Committee and the Children's Services Scrutiny
Committee. He represents the County Council in London
at the Local Government Association in Public Transport,
Coastal Issues and the County Councils Network.
He
is also an Executive Councilor for East Lindsey District
Council and a member of Skegness Town Council.

on Burgh council for 7 years, was mayor 06/07, and
was on the Management Committee Building Scheme
for the new recreation centre, he now serves on
the Carnival, History Group, Short Mat Bowls, Twinning
committees. and a driver for The Burgh Voluntary
Car Scheme.and is the current Chairman of the
Planning Committee

Jeff Whyatt
Is
a fully qualified advanced police dog instructor,
dog trainer and behaviorist and is used by crown courts
as an expert witness re sheep worrying dogs, dangerous
dog etc.
As
a retired police officer he is used to being in a
position of responsibility, being able to communicate
with people, speaking in public and able to make important
as well as difficult decisions.

Morton
Is
married and has lived in Burgh for 21 years and has
13 grand children and 3 great grand children.
Eileen manages the local bakers shop owned by Roman
Bank Bakery and when time permits enjoys swimming.
