has been the proprietor of Raise
Bakery for 16years, previously living in Bedfordshire.
Recently the bakery has introduced an assortment of salads on a pick n mix basis; and a coffee area has been incorporated which has been put into place as a feasibility study for a conservatory tearoom which is his dream project. Pete is very interested in computers and gained a diploma in computing at Louth IT College and has also gained an advanced diploma in Environmental Health from First College, Skegness. He also promotes our Burgh website at every opportunity including to his friends in America. |
