Margaret Criddle, an avid Iris enthusiast, is the official Honorary Seed Distributor for The British Iris Society and received The Pilkington Award in 1997 in recognition for her work above and beyond the call of duty.

Margaret has grown up with flowers and plants, her Mother trained as a horticulturalist at Glynde and Kew. Her own garden contains numerous varieties including Japanese Anemones, a Sisyrinchum palmifolium, a collection of Campanulas, and over 30 different ferns. There are also lots of different Viburnums, Clematis. Crocosmia, Gladioli, Libertia, Dierama, Hermeracalis and Irises, and is open to the public on the 1st Sunday of every month from February to October inclusive. There are also 6 open Sundays during May and June.
