I started karting at the age of 11 after watching my dad race stock cars I then realised it was motorsports that I wanted to do. I started practising at kartworld at croft in my c70 kart then moved onto racing at strubby I then moved into higher classes as the years went on, at 15 I moved up a level to go race with the MSA, to do this you have to take exams and practical tests to get your licence which was pretty easy, I won the Junior Max Championship within the first year off my novice plates also taking the driver of the year award and most improved driver of the year. I contiued at this level for a few years taking many wins and fastest laps, my manager was watching me in karting before approaching me offering to help me with sponsors and to make my way into cars, a few months later I racing round tracks in a car! We then looked into getting my own car which my parents worked hard for and now I have it! Now to look forward to 2012!
Snetterton:   (October 2011) This event was my first time out in my new car and first time round the track, we were using qualifiying as a practise and not expecting anything of it, qualifying was 15 minutes long and I managed to qualify 2nd, which was a bit of a shock considering I've never driven the track before, both my races I finished 4th in but I got quicker and quicker as the weekend went on. Preptech (Sarahs new team): The MG ZR had its first outing with Sarah Budby at Snetterton, both car and driver were brilliant and showed lots of potential for 2012!
