<March News from Haven Lea Pugs>

Hello Everyone, ‘Haven Lea' Pugs calling, they have been very busy recently, and took Barry and me to give a talk to a The Good Companions in Skegness, at least Matty Yum Yum, Tigga, Sybil, and Sadie did. Sadie is now an established member of the team, still only six months old, they all enjoyed meeting everyone, giving love, kisses and ‘paw shakes' as they went around, photos were taken for their Church magazine, and they were only too happy to pose. To round off a lovely visit the pugs raised fourteen pounds for Keith's Rescue Dogs, then it was home to a well deserved rest and tell the others of their outing.

Next Month the ‘Haven Lea' Pugs plus the rest of the ‘Crew' are going on a Sponsored Walk with Barry to help to raise money for Keith again. It is Matty's birthday soon so that will soon trim off the birthday treats all round. As I write everyone is enjoying an afternoon nap, away in the ‘ Land Of Doggy Dreams ' so I will leave you for now with lots of love from the ‘Haven Lea' Pugs and the rest of the ‘Crew'.xxx


April Update	Barry went on the Sponsored walk with lots of other people five miles, for Keith's Rescue Dogs, he raised fifty five pounds Sponsorship and overall I think the total was something like over four thousand pounds. The sun shone and everyone had a lovely time, Sophie, Matty, and Rory wore their special jackets, don't they look grand,. They will wear them during the year when helping to raise funds for Keith's Rescue Dogs.


There is a new member on board, her name is Nina Simone, our little princess, she is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and is looking forward to joining the rest of the team this Summer, going to Shows, raising funds, joining the Pugs in their work too. She has settled well into life at ‘Haven Lea' and will soon go and meet the old folk at Wainfleet with Sybil, who is still very much in charge.
