In his speech, Burgh Mayor Cllr John Panton, thanked The Bypass Action Group (now known As BRAG Burgh Residents Action Group) and Cllr Neil Cooper for their involvement in securing the Bypass for Burgh and complimented May Gurney for their efficiency throughout and completing 4 months ahead of schedule. |
