Burgh's Librarian, Jane Wright, was voted by Burgh library readers for the Lincolnshire County Council People's Choice Awards which was introduced in 2008 as a way of giving local people the opportunity to vote for someone in the council who goes beyond the call of duty in serving them and making a difference in their lives.

Jane makes every visit to the library a friendly and helpful experience and her thorough enjoyment of her work shines through.
