The London Mozart
Players gave a superb performance on Friday 10th October at Burgh’s
St Peter and St Paul’s Church as the last concert of The Burgh
Forward Group’s Cultural Programme
for 2003.
The septet ensemble
comprised a slightly unusual combination of instruments – harp,
clarinet, flute, 2 violins and cello.

Lynne Plowman, her composition, The Silver Moon, was inspired by Tennyson’s
poems relating to the night sky and she was the 1995 winner of the BBC
National Orchestra of Wales Young Composers competition.
The London Mozart Players have been appointed Orchestra Residence in
East Lindsey and will be in our region in Spring 2004
