A dedication service was performed by Father Terry Steele at Burgh Market Place where a bench seat has been positioned in memory of Marjorie McClory to commemorate her service to Burgh le Marsh.

Cllr John Panton said that Marjorie had served in many capacities, as well as having been a councillor Marjorie

had been in office on many committees.

Tea and refreshments were followed at the Granary Tea Room, Burgh Windmill, which was an appropriate venue for the occasion as Marjorie's father was the last owner of the mill.
