ENTRIES

Entries for all classes should be made on the printed entry form and received no later than 5pm on Wednesday 1st July 2009

Entry fee for all classes is 30 pence per exhibit.

Exhibitors may make more than one entry in each class, but only two will rank for prizes.

RULES

All entries to be grown or made by the exhibitor.

All exhibits to be clean and free from any private marks.

Children's entries in the handwriting or picture classes should be on A4 size paper and produced by the child.

All exhibits to be booked in and placed in the marquee between 9am and 10am on Saturday 4th July 2009

No one shall be present in the marquee during the judging except the judges and stewards. Judging will commence at 10.30 on Saturday 4th July 2009.

Exhibits and prize cards MUST NOT be removed before 4.30pm. Any exhibit not claimed by 5pm, will be sold for carnival funds.

Prize money will be paid out after 4pm on Saturday 4th July 2009 in the marquee.

Prizes for all classes: 1st - £2.00, 2nd - £1.20 and 3rd - £0.80 Points for Best Overall Exhibitor: 1st - 4, 2nd - 3 and 3rd - 1. A Rosette will be awarded for the 'Best Exhibit in Show'.
