The starting proceedings of Burgh's annual Carnival: - The opening ceremony was performed by the mayor, Cllr Alan Middleton and his wife, Joan, the mayoress with Andy Farrant from BBC Radio Lincolnshire. Awards were presented to Dean Webb for the winning Scarecrow entry "Quicksand", winning float to The White Swan, Chris Baldwin, "jukebox" motorbike entry, best commercial premises window display to The Old Library Gallery and community service awards to Natasha Johnson and Adrian & Pauline Langley |
